This Beneteau First 34.7 is a versatile cruiser-racer with potential for planing. It reaches 7.4 knots on a reach in 10 knots of wind and can hit its top speed of 9.4 knots in stronger conditions. The compact jib complements the larger mainsail, contributing to its upwind performance of 6.1 knots in 10 knots of breeze. Equipped with an asymmetric spinnaker, it balances well between cruising comfort and racing capability.
