The Hanse 430 is a comfort cruiser designed for relaxed sailing with a touch of performance. It reaches 6.5 knots upwind in 10 knots of wind and can comfortably cruise at 8.2 knots on a reach in the same conditions. Downwind, it benefits from a large asymmetric spinnaker, achieving 5.9 knots. The balanced sail plan ensures a steady ride with a compact jib relative to the mainsail.
